We had a wonderful Xmas break at a hotel in Pattaya. the staff at the hotel were friendly, welcoming and offered us prompt service. the hotel was in a great location, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and was just a short distance from the main tourist attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds and the delicious food served in the hotel restaurant, which added to our great experience.
the lift was out of order, which made it quite inconvenient for us to move around the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - it was close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Plus, it was just a short walk away from the bustling tourist attractions. The staff were amazing - they were helpful and always available when I needed assistance. They even helped me with local directions and the use of the phone.
Can't fault anything about it. The experience was flawless.
